Given the climate, resources, work force and the general positive environment for technological innovation, it’s a prime target for a multi-national light industrial zone and a city of the future based around that development….specifically Belen, New Mexico in Valencia County, 40 minutes south of Albuquerque along I-25 with it’s amazing infrastructure.
