Couloir Capital Ltd. has initiated research coverage on Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE: GCC), releasing a comprehensive report titled “Quesnelle continues to scale; district-scale growth story taking shape.” Authored by Senior Mining Analyst Ron Wortel, MBA, P.Eng., QP, the report outlines how Golden Cariboo’s Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine Project in British Columbia is rapidly transitioning from a single-zone target into a multi-trend gold system with meaningful scale potential.
Golden Cariboo, a junior exploration company operating in the historic Cariboo Mining District, has drawn increasing attention following significant discoveries and expanding geological continuity across its land package. Couloir Capital’s investment thesis centers on three pillars: expansion of the Halo corridor, the district-scale implications of the KM Uno discovery, and the Company’s strengthened technical bench.
According to the report, Golden Cariboo has launched an expanded autumn drill program designed to extend the known strike of the Halo and Main zones from roughly 600 metres to as much as 2 kilometres, a step-change in potential mineralized footprint. This approach is supported by mapping, sampling, and geophysical interpretation completed earlier in 2025. If continuity is demonstrated along this broader corridor, Couloir notes it could support a district-style mineral system and prompt a meaningful reassessment of valuation.
Perhaps the most compelling development is the emergence of multiple parallel mineralized trends. The report details the discovery of KM Uno, a new zone located 2 km southeast of Halo, with initial bedrock sampling returning up to 1.1 g/t gold and 8.0 g/t silver. The zone is supported by consistent gold-silver-arsenic anomalies and the same geophysical signatures observed at Halo. Together with the Sunset Trend to the west, the project now hosts at least three parallel, gold-bearing corridors spanning several kilometres.
Couloir highlights previous standout intercepts at Halo, including 1.77 g/t Au over 136.5 metres and 0.56 g/t Au over 475.4 metres, the latter improved via PhotonAssay™ technology. These results suggest a broad, near-surface mineralized system that remains largely untested at depth and along strike.
Golden Cariboo has also bolstered its technical capacity with the addition of two experienced P.Geo geologists—Cheryl Reid and Catherine Banfield—enhancing structural modelling, mapping, and drill planning. This strengthened team is positioned to accelerate discovery and improve geological understanding across the broader property.
On valuation, Couloir Capital assigns a BUY rating and a fair value estimate of C$0.40 per share, representing substantial re-rating potential from the current market capitalization of approximately C$5.3 million. The analysis uses a conservative “in-ground ounces” methodology and compares Golden Cariboo to peer explorers operating in major BC gold camps, where valuations often run several multiples higher.
The report identifies several near-term catalysts: results from the ongoing autumn drill program, expansion of mineralization at Halo, additional discoveries along parallel trends, and a potential path toward a maiden resource. With a strengthened balance sheet and a growing geological story, Golden Cariboo enters 2026 as an emerging exploration company to watch in British Columbia.
