Sranan Gold Corp. stands at an exciting inflection point as it builds on a series of strong exploration results at its flagship Tapanahony Gold Project in Suriname and with gold prices soaring globally. The Company’s latest update, released on December 4, highlights continued expansion of the mineralized zone at the Randy’s Pit target — underscoring the project’s compelling potential amid a broader market that is increasingly bullish on gold equities.

Located within one of Suriname’s most prolific small-scale mining districts, the 29,000-hectare Tapanahony property has been the focus of an aggressive exploration campaign throughout 2025. Sranan has now completed over 3,000 metres of diamond drilling at Randy’s Pit, with assays confirming multiple mineralized intervals along strike and at depth. These results build on earlier highlights from the year, including significant intercepts that point to broad and continuous gold mineralization within the 4.5-kilometre Randy–Poeketi trend.

The latest drill results include strong widths and grades that support a robust geological model for the Randy’s Pit zone. Notably, the drilling confirms the continuity of the mineralized shear corridor and identifies structures that may host higher-grade shoots — a hallmark of future resource growth. As the program progresses, the Company is steadily refining its understanding of the subsurface architecture and expanding the footprint of known mineralization.

Beyond Randy’s Pit, Sranan’s broader exploration strategy continues to yield encouraging data. Recent drill results reported in January 2026 included 11 metres at 7.33 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, including 4 metres at 14.59 g/t — shallow intercepts that highlight potential open-pitable targets and reinforce the strength of the underlying gold system.

These results come at a time when gold markets are rallying, driven by macroeconomic uncertainties, inflation concerns, and strong investor demand for safe-haven assets. A positive backdrop for gold prices enhances the appeal of exploration companies like Sranan that are advancing discoveries and proving up quality ounces. This combination — exploration success coupled with favorable commodity fundamentals — sets the stage for what many see as a breakout year ahead for the Company.

Investor accessibility has also improved with Sranan’s recent listing on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol SRANF, broadening visibility and liquidity among North American market participants.

Looking forward, Sranan plans to continue delineating the extent of the mineralized zones at Randy’s Pit while progressing drilling at Poeketi and along the broader trend. Its disciplined exploration model is designed to build a data-driven case for a potential maiden resource — a key catalyst that could drive further value creation in 2026.

With both the market tailwinds behind gold and strong operational momentum at Tapanahony, Sranan Gold Corp. is well-positioned to deliver significant progress in the coming year, potentially transforming market sentiment and shareholder value as it advances towards a deeper understanding of its emerging gold system.
