Disciplined Exploration. Systematic Value Creation.
Krait Critical Minerals Corp. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company focused on acquiring and advancing prospective mineral properties in established North American mining jurisdictions. Its flagship Goldbar Spider Lake Project in Northern Ontario combines a favourable greenstone-belt setting, historical gold and base-metal indications and a modern airborne geophysical dataset designed to support systematic target generation.
Investment Highlights
- Newly listed Canadian exploration issuer — Krait commenced trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol KRIT on August 24, 2026.
- Flagship Ontario asset — the Goldbar Spider Lake Project covers approximately 3,636 hectares in the Thunder Bay Mining Division.
- 100% earn-in potential — Krait has an option to earn a 100% interest in the project, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty.
- Gold plus VMS exploration thesis — the technical work evaluates potential for Archean orogenic gold mineralization together with VMS-style base and precious-metal mineralization.
- Seven modern geophysical targets — a 2026 VTEM Plus survey identified seven discrete conductive zones, designated A through G.
- Defined next-stage program — the updated NI 43-101 technical report recommends a CAD $250,480 exploration program focused on compilation, modelling, fieldwork, sampling, interpretation and target ranking.
- Established infrastructure — the project has year-round access via Highway 17 and is near rail, power, mining communities and service providers.
Company Overview
Krait Critical Minerals Corp. is building a North American mineral exploration portfolio through disciplined project evaluation, modern exploration technologies and responsible field programs. The Company’s current flagship asset is the Goldbar Spider Lake Project in Ontario’s western Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt.
Krait’s exploration approach is designed to integrate historical geological, geochemical and drilling information with modern geophysical datasets. Rather than advancing targets on a single dataset, the Company intends to progressively rank prospective areas using geological, structural, geochemical and geophysical evidence before determining which targets warrant future drill testing.

| Technical report | Updated NI 43-101 technical report effective August 7, 2026 |
Why the Project Matters
Historical exploration at Goldbar Spider Lake was primarily directed toward VMS-style base-metal mineralization. The updated technical review also identifies structural complexity, deformation corridors, hydrothermal alteration and historical elevated gold values that warrant evaluation for orogenic gold potential. This gives Krait a dual exploration thesis across gold and base/precious-metal systems.
2026 VTEM Plus Survey — Seven Conductive Zones
In April 2026, Geotech Ltd. completed a helicopter-borne VTEM Plus time-domain electromagnetic and magnetic gradiometer survey over the project. Approximately 262 line-kilometres of geophysical data were collected. The survey identified seven discrete conductive zones, designated A through G.
The new geophysical dataset provides a modern framework that can be integrated with historical mapping, geochemistry, geophysics and drilling. Several conductors occur in geological and structural settings considered prospective for VMS-style mineralization and structurally controlled gold mineralization. The anomalies are exploration targets only; their geological cause must be established through follow-up work.
Defined Exploration Program
The updated NI 43-101 technical report recommends a CAD $250,480 exploration program designed to advance the seven VTEM conductive zones into better-defined and ranked exploration targets.
| Exploration Item | Budget (CAD) |
| Geological compilation | $22,000 |
| Geophysical modelling | $15,000 |
| Prospecting and sampling | $58,800 |
| Gold and multi-element assays | $51,000 |
| Helicopter support | $60,000 |
| Interpretation and reporting | $21,000 |
| Contingency | $22,680 |
| TOTAL | $250,480 |
