Gladiator Metals Corp. has added an Australian trading venue to its Canadian listing, giving local investors a new way to follow the company’s Whitehorse Copper Project in Yukon. Its CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) began trading on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) under GM1 on September 23, 2026. Gladiator retains its primary TSX Venture Exchange listing under GLAD.

The listing addresses a practical challenge for Gladiator: Australian investors interested in copper exploration may find it inconvenient to trade a Canadian security. Chief executive Jason Bontempo is based in Perth, while the company’s exploration work is in Canada. The secondary listing gives investors access through participating Australian brokers during local market hours.

“Our NSX listing reflects growing interest from Australian investors and expands access to Gladiator in an efficient, cost-effective way. As an Australian-led company advancing a high-grade copper-gold project in Canada, we are proud to be the first Canadian company dual-listed on the NSX and look forward to strengthening the connection between Australian and Canadian investors.” — Shawn Khunkhun, Director, Gladiator Metals Corp.

Gladiator’s September 22 release explains what investors will trade. Each CDI represents an interest in one Gladiator common share and is settled electronically through Australia’s CHESS system. Existing shareholders must convert their Canadian shares into CDIs before they can trade that holding on the NSX; CDI holders can also convert back to common shares. Gladiator said 25 brokers were registered as NSX participants at the time of its release.

For the NSX, Gladiator represents its largest listing in a decade and a test of its ambitions in mining finance. NSX chief executive Max Cunningham sees the company’s arrival as evidence that emerging explorers need a market designed around their circumstances.

“We believe that the listing of Gladiator on NSX is a material validation of our goal to be the leading listing venue for early stage miners on both Australia and Canada. We have long stated that the ‘one rule book for all’ approach doesn’t work for early stage companies and we are well advanced building a venture style market for the Australian capital markets.” — Max Cunningham, Chief Executive Officer, NSX

Gladiator brings an active exploration program to that market test. At Whitehorse, the company has expanded its planned 2026 program to more than 50,000 metres of drilling. Its priorities include advancing Cowley toward an initial resource, following up the Cub East discovery and testing other copper-gold targets across the project. Further drilling and technical work will determine what those targets establish.

A September 15 announcement reported an intercept at Cub East of 21.2 metres grading 3.07% copper and 1.19 grams per tonne gold. The result gives investors a specific development to follow, although one intercept cannot establish the size or economic viability of a deposit. Results from the broader drilling program will provide a fuller picture of the project’s potential.

The listing creates a connection between a Canadian copper explorer and investors in an established Australian mining finance centre. Whether it delivers lasting benefits will depend on trading participation, investor interest and Gladiator’s progress in the field. For now, GM1 offers Australian investors a local way to follow the Whitehorse exploration story as the 2026 campaign advances.
